You can now reach out to us via our HIPAA-compliant texting platform for all nonurgent inquiries, appointment requests, prescription refills, questions, or any other administrative needs.

We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to communication, and we want to ensure that we cater to your needs in the most efficient and convenient way possible.

Here's how it works:

2. Texting Hours: We will be available to respond to your text messages during our normal correspondence hours Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you text us outside of these times, rest assured that we will receive the message once we return to the office.

3. Texting Guidelines: To ensure a smooth and efficient conversation, we kindly request that you follow these guidelines when texting us:

  • Simply text "Hi" to (928) 628-6391.
  • You will then receive a response in the form of a text message. This response will inquire about the specific facility or department you intend to contact. Kindly provide this information in your text reply. This process enables us to accurately direct your communication to the appropriate group or department.
  • Please note that text messages are intended for nonurgent matters. If you have an emergency or require immediate medical attention, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. Response Time: We strive to respond to your text messages as promptly as possible. However, please understand that response times may vary depending on the volume of incoming messages. Rest assured, we will address your inquiry or request as soon as we can.

5. Alternative Communication Methods: While we are excited to introduce texting as a convenient option, please remember that we are still available via phone and through our Patient Portal if you prefer those methods of communication. Our existing contact information remains unchanged:
