My experiences with Dr. Randall and Mark Thiele are always EXCELLENT. From 1 to 10, they get a 100! We love your entire staff. Please give everyone a raise. Thank You.
I had a total right knee replacement two weeks ago today. I am so excited about my outcome. Dr. Randall is amazing and thorough. The entire staff has been kind, compassionate and competent. I’m grateful to them all, especially Mark [Thiele PA-C]. Can’t wait to have my left knee done. All appointments have been right on time.
Had a left knee replacement on 19 January 2016 by Dr. Amber Randall and staff at Flagstaff Bone & Joint. Worked hard during two months of rehab. On 20 April 2016, hiked four miles with repeated elevation changes of 200 feet (over loose rock terrain) without pain. Gaining strength and stability every day. Thank you Dr. Randall and all staff.

I went into surgery for my right hip, don't remember hardly any negative. Dr. Randall was very good and nice.

I had a total anterior hip replacement in July. All went smoothly and after almost six weeks, I am walking fine, having no pain and generally doing all I was doing before, though I am still not bending more than 90 degrees. My incision is healing nicely and my overall experience was excellent!
