To promote social distancing and to protect against the spread of COVID-19, Flagstaff Bone and Joint (FBJ) is postponing or moving to Televisits all routine and non-emergent patient visits for a minimum of two weeks beginning March 23rd. A team member from our office will be in touch with all patients that have a scheduled appointment between March 23rd and April 3rd.
Flagstaff Bone and Joint in-person services will remain available for established patients who require post-operative or emergent care at our Flagstaff and Kingman clinics. We are pleased to also begin offering Televisits as a means of providing top notch care without requiring a physical visit in our office setting. These video-based appointments are performed from the privacy of your home with your personal smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop and allows you to interact directly with an FBJ provider.
As an alternative for patients going to the emergency room for urgent orthopaedic care, FBJ’s Injury Care clinic in Flagstaff will remain open to treat acute injures. Effective March 23rd, our Injury Care hours of operation will be reduced to 9am – 2pm, Monday through Friday. Walk-ins will still be accepted; however, we ask that you call in advance to schedule an appointment when possible
If you are experiencing any serious flu-like symptoms, we ask that you contact your Primary Care Physician or go to the Emergency Room before coming to our office.
For more information on any of the above, or to submit questions directly to your provider, please utilize our patient portal at www.flagstaffboneandjoint.com or call our office (928) 773-2280 during regular business hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. FBJ staff and providers are committed to remaining available to patients during this challenging time in the safest way possible.
“We view ourselves as members of our larger community working hard to protect the most vulnerable among us and Flagstaff Bone and Joint providers and staff are here to help.” - Darius Moezzi, MD
