Jennifer Almendarez, P.A.-C, was very gentle and explained what she was doing while she administered the Lovera pre-treatment on my knee. It was not as bad as I had feared. I told her that my vein treatment was way worse than that! If I had to have a total knee replacement on my other knee, I would choose the same thing. Dr. Randall did the surgery, but Jennifer did the pre-treatment. Their whole group of staff is a fabulous team! They make you feel like you are essential and that they want to help make you feel better. I am thrilled with the whole procedure so far! I would highly suggest Flagstaff Bone & Joint to anyone that is needing a knee replacement with Jennifer Almendarez and Dr. Amber Randall at the helm!
