“I think your clinic is the most efficiently run I have ever experienced. I told a couple of my doctors in the valley about my experience there and how impressed I was. I told them how I made my appointment, came in, I was xrayed, diagnosed, given a Steriod shot and out of there in less than a hour. Here in the valley most places make you grovel for the appointment, then you have to schedule for a xray, come back for the results in two-three weeks . Then schedule for a steroid shot maybe in 3-4 weeks. In the mean time you hurt like hell, or your healed.....personally I will probably drive to Flagstaff as it takes me three hours from my house to my house in Flag.
You have not forgotten that your dealing with humans, you treat with respect and dignity and I want you all in your clinic from the front desk to the doctor and PA to know it is noticed and appreciated....you are a example of what a doctors office should strive to be.

“This practice is top notch. There is no waiting for your scheduled appointment, providing you are on time. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. They are efficient from the receptionist to the p/t folks. I had a shoulder injury and was anxious about needing surgery. While I may need surgery in the future they were able to provide relief immediately and ease my mind. I was given instruction on how to perform the p/t exorcises and given the choice to do these on my own or go to physical therapy. As I have been through p/t numerous times over the years I opted to do these on my own and have gotten to a place in my recovery where I can use my shoulder again. Knowing what is going on in my shoulder and what my limitations are is priceless.

“I just had my second total knee replacement this year and Dr. Moezzi and Dave Brown provided excellent care for both of them. I went into the surgeries know exactly what to expect. I have also been seen by Eric Pitcher in the Physical Therapy Department after both surgeries and he has provided excellent therapy with additional instruction on what I needed to work on at home between my therapy appointments.

“When the ligament in my knee tore, I couldn't believe it. I thought I would get better on my own but I could barely walk. I never had anything like this happen to me so it was very scary to hear that I would have to have surgery. Dr. Moezzi told me that I wouldn't regret having this done and he was right! “Previously, I had rotator cuff surgery for the second time, on my R Shoulder (9/17/15) in S. Dakota, which didn't take. (The first surgery was in Feb of '98.) After having physical therapy for 2 months, it was decided I should see someone at the Flagstaff Bone & Joint, as I still couldn't raise my arm any higher than my shoulder.
Dr. Moezzi did a Complete Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement on March 1, 2016. After 6 weeks, I did a couple months of physical therapy. Thanks to him, I can now raise my arm & hand above my head and doing things that I hadn't been able to do with my arm in a long, long time.”
