At Flagstaff Bone & Joint, The Hand Team consists of our board-certified, fellowship-trained upper extremity surgeon, Dr. John Flint, and our additional providers, physician assistant Jenn DePhillips and certified hand therapist and occupational therapist Ariel Coffey.
The Hand Team at Flagstaff Bone & Joint understands that pain in the wrist, hand, fingers, or thumb can keep you from doing the things you love. Having dedicated his practice to the specialized field of the upper extremity, including the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand, our surgeon has undergone extensive training and education to provide expert surgical and nonsurgical care. Committed to learning the newest procedures and techniques, our doctor is a highly skilled hand and wrist surgeon; however, he will only consider surgery after all conservative treatment options have been exhausted.

Patient Consultation in Flagstaff, Kingman, and Cottonwood
The Hand Team at Flagstaff Bone & Joint provides patients experiencing wrist and hand injuries and conditions with access to consultation Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Prior to an appointment, new patients will be asked to complete forms, which include medical history as well as demographic and insurance information. This information, along with any current diagnostic imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI), will be utilized by the doctor to help with the diagnosis and treatment plan.
