  • “Sorry for the delayed response... Outstanding experience on all counts. It's been almost 5 months since the procedure and I could not be more happy with the outcome. No more painful "clunking" when I walk up or downstairs. So, many thanks to Dr. Randall and the team.”

  • “I believe that events in our lives lead us where we need to be and the people we need to see. Through a series of events and conversations I was lead to consult with Dr. Randall and ultimately have her perform orthoscopic surgery on my torn meniscus. The pre op., surgery, and post op. experiences were flawless. Dr. Randall is not only on the top of her game but she is professional and kind in her treatment delivery. The staff that are part of her team and support her I are wonderful. I had specific needs in regards to my surgery timelines and insurance requirements and these were all addressed. Schedules were kept, all questions concerns and inquires whether in person or on the phone where answered and I was supported and guided through the whole process. I have had numerous conversations with other individuals who are in need of orthopedic care and I always recommend a consultation with Dr. Randall. One year later I continually count my blessings in having the good fortune of having Dr. Randal as my surgeon.”

  • “Dr. Randall was very professional and thorough. She diagnosed my problem very quickly and set me on a path to recovery immediately. I had a knee replacement many years ago and always had trouble with that knee. The operating surgeon insisted there was nothing wrong and let me suffer. Not wanting to undergo surgery again, I put off getting another opinion when you people moved into area. It turned out that I did not need more surgery, I just needed appropriate therapy. I got it and was living more comfortably very quickly. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Randall.”

  • “Both knees replaced in 2011 (July and October). Right hip replaced December 2014. (Double check those dates!) Amber Randall was my choice for all three because she is just plain fabulous. Period. I am able to hike Inner Basin and walk nine holes of golf....(not on the same day!)...at 78 years of age! Life is good.”

  • “All of the appointments that I have had at Flagstaff Bone & Joint have been pleasant. The immediate staff are courteous, professional and friendly. And though Ive only met with (my assigned doctor) Dr. Randall twice, she has treated me with care, listened to my complaints and observations about my ailing knees and has provided me with sound advice regarding my health and home treatments. Dr. Randall's physician's assistant(s) have been very nice, professional, and have expressed concern and left me feeling positive about my visit to Flagstaff Bone & Joint. In fact, I have looked forward to my next visits as I am very interested in tracking the progress (or lack thereof) of the osteoarthritis in my knees. However, I do have a complaint... I am a cash-paying customer. I have medical insurance but it demands a $10,000.00 deductible before I can make any medical claims. This is largely due to my being self employed. Thus, when I have completed my visit(s) to Flagstaff Bone & Joint and am ready to pay my bill, although the front office staff has always been very courteous, friendly and efficient, every time I have left the office within just a few days I get a telephone call from someone in your accounting services to inform me I didn't pay enough for my recent visit. This is distressing to a cash customer like myself! Each time that Ive been to Flagstaff Bone & Joint, Ive always paid my bill at the time of my visit and each time have been told that the invoice amount was the TOTAL AMOUNT I OWE FOR THE TIME OF MY VISIT!!!! Why then, do I have to be subjected to this harassment by your accounting department (it is always the same woman who calls me but I cannot recall her name at this time), after each and every visit to your offices and after each and every payment that I have made???? Ive never negated to make a full payment for the statement/invoice I'm handed at the time of my visit, my checks have not bounced, and Ive never complained about the amount owed. I have asked, expressly asked with emphasis, if the amount owed reflects ALL CHARGES related to my visit and have been told, each time, that I do not owe any more than is indicated on the bill I'm handed. This is untrue and it pisses me off. I'm supposed to see Dr. Randall in March 2017. Do you suppose the accounting practices will be corrected by then? I'm being bullied and I don't like it. Next time, I may get legal help or change doctors.”

  • “Almost three years ago I had my left knee replaced, and the right one was five months later. Both were bone-on-bone. From the first meeting with Dr. Randall to the last (I still go for annual checkups), everything was very professional and I felt like she and the staff all knew what they were doing and had years of experience producing successful knee replacements. The class at the hospital prior to surgery provided essential information for pre-surgery exercises and detailed what happens before, during, and after the surgery. There was one mix-up with getting the walker to take home, but the PT people provided a substitute immediately. The hospital floor for the knee and hip replacement patients was most convenient in that all the nurses and assistants knew their jobs and exactly what patients could and couldn't do. The follow-up appointments with the Nurse Practictioner were spaced correctly and Mark was able to answer all my questions. I have recommended Dr. Randall to several of my friends who have since had successful knee or hip replacements.”

  • “Dr. Randall diagnosed and treated my pain immediately on my first visit. I walked out with 90% pain relief. The therapy plan I was given continued to relieve my pain and I am eternally grateful. Dr. Randall is so personable--I felt that we connected on a patient/physician level, as well as a personal level. Thank you so much.”

  • “I'd been waiting over 30 years to be able to do something about my left knee. Finally, I got the chance to get a full knee replacement. I chose Dr. Randall after researching doctors in the area (AZ & Las Vegas). Her qualifications really stood out above the crowd. My surgery went great. Dr. Randall was able to not only do the replacement, but also fix some issues with the knee (bowing) as well. Surgery and recovery went as planned. I cannot say enough positive about her and her staff. I've never been treated better by any doctor and staff. Thank you, Dr. Randall, Drake, and the rest of the team!”

  • “I was in a great deal of pain and  barely mobile with I finally met with Dr. Randall in March of 2015. After X-raying both my hips I believe the word used to describe both my hips was "ugly".  She asked me if I any goal in mind and I said "yes" - to be able to walk my dogs once again after 5 years. She said "that's doable". I had my right hip replaced in late May by her very experienced hands and caring staff. After rehabbing for the next three months I determined that I wanted the right hip replaced. That was accomplished in late October by the same wonderful team. I now not only walk my dogs I have a second goal that I will accomplish this September - to climb and stand on the Great Wall of China. I am one of her many patients that say "had I known I would have had this procedure done 5 years ago" She has made it possible for me to have my life back as I once knew it. I am forever grateful to her and her staff and the care and encouragement I received at Flagstaff Bone and Joint.”

  • “In September 2014, I fell while taking a walk and broke my R femur. Dr. Randall was on duty at the hospital, which we believe was a stoke of luck, and explained the injury and the surgery. What a wonderful doctor she is! (Ordering a massage the day after surgery was so comforting and appreciated!) Her two PAs or assistants were very helpful and competent as well.”

  • “Arthritic bone deterioration in both hips required replacement three years ago, three months apart, by Dr. Randall at the Flagstaff Medical Center. With Dr. Randall's excellent work and the friendly professional pre- and post-care of the hospital staff, I returned to normal standalone mobility within a few weeks. I am hiking and very active, with seldom a thought of what was once a painful and debilitating condition. My sincere gratitude to all.”
