  Flagstaff Bone & Joint conducted a comprehensive patient satisfaction survey in the third and fourth quarters of 2006 and the first quarter of 2007.  The purpose of the survey was to measure patient perceptions of the work processes and provider/staff performance that affect satisfaction, loyalty, and willingness to refer others to the practice.  A total of 336 completed surveys were received and tabulated.
