During his fellowship, Dr. Moezzi was an assistant team physician to the San Diego Padres and San Diego State University.  Currently he is a Team Physician for the US Ski and Snowboard Team.
   
Dr. Moezzi, an orthopaedic surgeon, completed his medical school at the University of Nevada School of Medicine where he graduated in the top 5% of his class.  After medical school, Dr. Moezzi received specialty training during his Sport Medicine Fellowship at the University of California at San Diego.  He then joined Flagstaff Bone and Joint and started the Sports and Injury Care Program alongside Dr. Botti.  Dr. Moezzi is Board Certified by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. 

Since joining Flagstaff Bone and Joint Dr. Moezzi has completed over 150 Rotator Cuff Repairs and almost 50 Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Reconstructions. Dr. Moezzi is the proud sponsor of the following organizations: Coconino High School the Hitmen and Red Rock Racing and Vertical Relief Climbing Center.
